Double dipping

You've just earned miles with your Aeroplan Card. Now it gets even better: for maximum earning potential, pay with an Aeroplan financial card from CIBC or American Express(®*) - and, guess what, you'll be earning miles again for the same purchase. That's what happens when you combine your Aeroplan financial card and Aeroplan Card at any Aeroplan Partner.

CIBC Aerogold Visa* Card

Here's the math when you use the CIBC Aerogold(®) Visa* Card:

1.	1 mile per $3 you spend at Esso	20 Aeroplan Miles
2.	1.5 miles per $1 on a CIBC Aerogold® Visa* Card at a gas station**	+   90 Aeroplan Miles
	Total for one transaction	= 110 Aeroplan Miles

** 1.5 miles per $1 on a CIBC Aerogold Visa* Card at gas, grocery or drugstores. At all other types of establishments, earn 1 Aeroplan Mile for every dollar charged to the card.

Here's the math when you use the American Express AeroplanPlus Platinum Card:

1.	1 mile per $2 you spend at Home Hardware	50 Aeroplan Miles
2.	Up to 1.5 miles per $1 on an American Express AeroplanPlus(®†) Platinum Card(1)	+ 150 Aeroplan Miles(†)
	Total for one transaction	= 200 Aeroplan Miles

Here's the math when you use the American Express AeroplanPlus Card:

2.	1 mile per $1 on an American Express AeroplanPlus Card	+ 100 Aeroplan Miles
	Total for one transaction	= 150 Aeroplan Miles

1 Each year, if you reach $25,000 in net purchases on your account before your anniversary date, you will earn 1.50 Aeroplan Miles for every $1.00 on additional purchases charged to your Card. Each anniversary date, the amount of annual net purchases resets to zero.

2 Each year, if you reach $10,000 in net purchases on your account before your anniversary date, you will earn 1.25 Aeroplan Miles for every $1.00 of additional net purchases charged to your Card. Each anniversary date, the amount of annual net purchases resets to zero.
